Drunk in LA Mobile Bartending ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on www.drunkinla.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: the details you choose to send us, such as your name, email, phone, event date, event type, guest count, venue and message.
- Website activity: basic information about your visit (pages viewed, device and browser type, and whether you sent an inquiry), collected with cookies and similar tools from Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics). When you send the inquiry form, the Meta Pixel may also send Meta an encrypted (hashed) version of your email or phone number so Meta can match the visit to an Instagram or Facebook account.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your event.
- To understand how people find our site and to show our ads on Instagram and Facebook to people who may be interested.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Using the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics for advertising and measurement may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described below.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser; we treat it as a request to opt out.
- Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings under "Ad preferences".
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- California residents may ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them, or opt out of sharing, by emailing info@drunkinla.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Keeping your information
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and serve your event, and for our normal business records. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, and inquiries are delivered to our email.
Age
Our services involve alcohol and are intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
